People asked for a product that met our standards,

it didn’t exist.

In the 1970s, our family business produced a cleaner/polish that was packaged in recycled wine bottles. It was sold locally to customers, worked as it should, but raw materials became hard to get.

Furniture work continued, the project was put aside, and eventually the formula hadn’t been used in years. It’s OK though, it wouldn’t have been acceptable by today’s standards.

Times have changed

Today, we continue to see the effects of improperly cared for finished goods in our shop; Niemeyer Restoration, our family business specializing in furniture repair, restoration, and custom finishing.

Our customers needed a safe product to maintain their newly purchased furniture and freshly restored heirlooms.

We searched for something that met our standards, but it didn’t exist. Today’s trends bring on a new set of demands that weren’t being met.

Something new is needed

We got to work creating a clean, simple, and safe to use product. Input from customers, multiple formulas, rigorous testing, and a collaborative family effort resulted in our first product;

Furniture Juice.

A better product,

from industry professionals

Furniture Juice is what we call it at the shop and the name everyone remembers.
